DEP LLC is looking for a motivated fresh BBA graduate to join its Human Resources team in Lahore. The role is an entry‑level, night‑shift position that provides practical exposure to recruitment and daily HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit for various openings.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with relevant departments, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up.
- Assist the HR Manager with recruitment activities and other assigned HR tasks.
- Keep interview timetables and recruitment records up to date for smooth hiring processes.
- Support routine HR operations and help improve overall team efficiency.
