Alkhidmat Karachi is expanding its Learning & Development Department at the head office and is looking for a seasoned professional to lead as Manager.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic learning programs that boost training effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the L&D team to achieve organizational goals.
- Analyze learning needs and assess the impact of training initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align development initiatives with business strategy.
Who Should Apply
- Graduation or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development or related areas.
- Strong analytical, leadership, coaching and communication abilities.
- Proven expertise in strategic learning design and evaluating training effectiveness.
