Lunar Furniture is looking for a responsible and experienced Production Incharge to manage daily production operations at our factory, ensuring quality output, efficient workflow, and timely completion of orders
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Manage and supervise production staff, carpenters, and workers, and assign daily tasks
Ensure products are manufactured according to design specifications and quality standards
Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with store and procurement teams.
Coordinate with design, sales, and dispatch teams on order requirements and delivery schedules
Maintain production records, work orders, and daily progress reports
Identify production issues, reduce wastage and rework, and take corrective actions
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper use of machinery and tools
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of *woodworking, furniture production, and finishing processes* .
Good leadership and team management skills
Strong planning, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
