Management Trainee – Getz Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Business Partner in aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand departmental needs and provide HR support.
  • Assist in the timely execution of performance management processes, including preparing materials for reviews and supporting HRBP throughout.
  • Collect and analyze HR data using Excel spreadsheets to support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain reports that track HR metrics and trends.
  • Provide clarity to employees on HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding of rewards and recognition programs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

  • Holds a professional degree in Business Administration / Social Sciences (BBA / MBA / BS), with a robust analytical skill set, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the HR field
