We are seeking an energetic and articulate Management Trainee Officer (MTO) to join our customer support team within the E-Commerce sector. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. This role requires someone who can handle high-pressure and challenging conversations with calmness and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience even in difficult situations.
Key Responsibilities
– Answer incoming customer calls promptly, addressing queries efficiently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
– Manage live customer interactions through WhatsApp chats and official email channels, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
– Handle difficult customer complaints and challenging communications confidently, transforming negative experiences into positive outcomes.
– Analyze recurring customer issues by tracking query patterns and provide data-driven feedback to management aimed at improving service quality.
– Collaborate with internal departments to follow up on unresolved customer cases, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
– Experience level ranging from freshers to candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
Additional Information
– Location: SITE Area, Manghopir Road, Karachi.
– Work arrangement: In-person.
– Candidates must be willing to work six days a week.
