GOPKZ is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (Business Development) to drive supply-side growth by identifying, approaching, and onboarding travel and hospitality vendors across Hotels, Stays, Cars, Tours, and Experiences. Responsibilities: build a pipeline of potential hotels, car rentals, tour operators, and activity providers; conduct cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp outreach; manage end-to-end vendor onboarding from initial contact to activation; support negotiations on rates and commercial terms; maintain accurate CRM records. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field; comfortable with cold calling and strong follow-up skills; proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; 0-2 years experience, fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Salary: PKR 50,000/month. Full-time, on-site, Islamabad.
