Job Description:
Arthur Lawrence seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MTO to join our team, with a strong potential for a permanent role based on performance. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing an BBA/MBA from a reputable institute who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain practical experience in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Support in processing payroll and resolving any related queries.
- Health Insurance Administration: Assist with employee health insurance matters, including IPD (In-Patient Department) and OPD (Out-Patient Department) claims, and ensure timely communication and support.
- Fuel Reimbursement: Manage and process fuel reimbursement claims accurately and efficiently.
- HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records and HR documentation.
- Employee Support: Provide general support for employee HR-related inquiries and help maintain a positive and responsive HR environment.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing BBA/MBA from a reputable institution.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions, with initial level experience in Payroll, Health Insurance (IPD, OPD), and Reimbursement processes.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
