Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a three‑person team, delegating tasks and ensuring collaboration.
- Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and present appropriate family takaful solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyse business data to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a professional client portfolio through strong relationship management.
- Participate in promotional campaigns to market products effectively.
- Handle client communications clearly and promptly, following up on inquiries.
- Gather detailed business requirements to support service delivery and product development.
- Use Salesforce and other tools to track client information and sales performance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team objectives.
- Attend ongoing training to improve sales strategies and client management skills.
- Assist with administrative duties to keep departmental operations running smoothly.
