A2Z Supply Chain is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTO) in Supply Chain Operations. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to build a career in supply chain management without requiring prior experience in supply chain or e-commerce. Candidates will gain hands-on experience working on real client projects from the very beginning, supported by structured daily training and performance evaluations. A2Z Supply Chain manages end-to-end supply chain operations for e-commerce brands across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart, serving clients globally with a professional team of 50 and over six years of industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage actively in supply chain operations and support real client projects from week one.
– Follow detailed written instructions accurately and efficiently.
– Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate initiative in learning and problem-solving.
– Participate in daily structured training sessions and complete assessments to build core competencies.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of supply chain processes.
