Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a *Management Trainee Officer – Retail Fuel Sales based at Islamabad.*
A management trainee is responsible for ensuring the standards of the retail products and making necessary amendments and improvements wherever required.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle admin related duties of Retail Head office.
Handling of advertisement taxes for the region.
Assist in sales coordination and order taking.
Follow up of cases.
Keep liaison with various department for proactive and preventative maintenance.
Handling recoveries of outstanding from various dealers.
Complaint management and resolution arising from issues at sites.
Coordinating with Logistics and Operations for the execution of retail orders.
Maintain and update credit status of credit accounts.
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
EXPERIENCE
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or academic project experience will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with vendors and to communicate the problem to the management.
Able to handle site related issues and find effective measures to resolve them.
