We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Supply Chain to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time role operates on a night shift schedule and offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers to gain practical experience in supply chain operations. The successful candidate will support the supply chain team by assisting with daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy in data management, and contributing to the efficient flow of supply chain activities. This position requires in-person attendance at our Karachi office and a commitment to working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Supply Chain team with daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Perform accurate and timely data entry related to supply chain information, maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and internal databases. Support the preparation and upkeep of reports concerning inventory, orders, and other supply chain functions. Coordinate effectively with relevant internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and information exchange. Track orders, inventory, and other operational requirements to meet team objectives. Verify data and documentation for accuracy and completeness, and organize supply chain documentation and records systematically. Additionally, perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized institution is essential. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Effective organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and coordination abilities are important for working collaboratively within the team and across departments. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is expected. Willingness to work during the night shift is mandatory for this role.
