About the Role
Imtiaz Group (Private) Limited is looking for motivated individuals to join its Management Trainee Officer program. This role is designed to groom fresh graduates and early-career professionals into future business leaders through hands-on exposure to retail operations, supply chain, and merchandising functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations within assigned departments during the training period
- Assist in supply chain, retail, or merchandising processes as directed by department heads
- Work with ERP/SAP systems to manage data, inventory, and reporting tasks
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and other tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in structured training sessions and evaluations to build core management competencies
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (BBA)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in retail, commercial, or merchandising fields will also be considered
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems will be considered an advantage
