Cognitive IT Solutions is looking for a confident, target‑driven Marketing Executive who will also act as an International Calling Expert. The position is fully remote, with working hours aligned to U.S. and Canadian business times.
Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to prospective clients in the United States and Canada.
- Communicate professionally in fluent English with international customers.
- Promote the company’s products and services via calls, emails, and other marketing channels.
- Address client inquiries, provide support, and nurture strong relationships.
- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Maintain client data, follow‑ups, and sales activities using a CRM system.
- Execute and track email marketing campaigns.
- Identify business opportunities and convert leads into qualified prospects.
- Prepare daily reports on calls, lead generation, and performance metrics.
Who Should Apply
- Prior experience making sales or service calls to U.S. and Canadian customers.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools and lead management.
- Knowledge of email marketing and cold‑calling techniques.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and comfortable meeting targets.
- Reliable personal laptop/PC, high‑speed internet, and willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM PST).
