Responsibilities
- Help plan and launch marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

- Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends that can shape strategies.
- Schedule social media posts, monitor activity and track engagement metrics.
- Design simple marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and social posts under supervision.
- Support lead generation and campaign tracking using CRM and marketing tools.
- Coordinate with design, sales and technical teams to keep campaigns on track.
- Maintain marketing calendars and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on reach, engagement and leads.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Who Should Apply
