We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a night shift schedule in Rawalpindi. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in HR data management, workforce reporting, and performance tracking, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong numerical skills, accuracy in handling data, and a genuine interest in HR operations. This role requires working onsite from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain employee master records by accurately inputting, auditing, and cleaning data within the corporate HRMS databases.
– Support the tracking of employee performance by assisting in the collection and organization of probation review forms, appraisal sheets, and other performance-related documents.
– Conduct thorough documentation audits to identify missing files in employee digital profiles and follow up to ensure all records are complete and up to date.
– Assist in improving HR processes by contributing to the development and streamlining of data entry templates, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of HR reporting.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those with strong numerical accuracy and an interest in HR data metrics.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables, basic formulas, and data validation techniques.
– Exceptional attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Willingness and availability to work onsite during night shift hours in Rawalpindi.
