MR International is looking for an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain & Fleet Manager to manage our supply chain, logistics, transportation, and fleet operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹for Supply Chain & Logistics:
Manage purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, pricing, and stock availability.
Ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory levels.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management.
Manage import shipment schedules and related logistics.
Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.
Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
🔹for Fleet Management:
Manage the company’s vehicles and transportation operations.
Plan and monitor daily vehicle routes and deliveries.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, mileage, and running costs.
Maintain vehicle records, documents, insurance, registration, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, routes, and discipline.
Ensure vehicles are used only for authorized company purposes.
Maintain proper records of fuel, maintenance, trips, and vehicle expenses.
Take necessary action in case of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or operational issues.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, fleet, or transportation management.
Strong knowledge of inventory, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and fleet operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
Ability to manage drivers, vehicles, suppliers, and logistics operations.
Must be responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
