Simply Connect, based in PECHS Block 6, Karachi, is expanding its team and looking for an experienced MSP Specialist to work on‑site during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Managed IT Services using PSA and RMM platforms such as ConnectWise, HaloPSA or Autotask.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely using tools like ScreenConnect.
- Communicate solutions clearly and assist clients with problem‑solving.
Who Should Apply
- Candidates with prior experience in an MSP or managed IT services setting.
- Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools and remote support software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
