About the Role

The Expert Platform & Delivery Digital Solutions role at Jazz focuses on managing digital platforms and ensuring effective delivery of client-side solutions. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, optimize backend systems, and improve client satisfaction through streamlined, automated, and data-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. BI & Data Management

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) systems aligned with client needs

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across platforms

• Support ETL processes for seamless data integration

• Deliver data insights to stakeholders

2. Automation & Digitalization

• Develop automated reports and dashboards

• Use Python, SQL, and RPA tools to automate client-facing tasks

• Identify digital tools to improve process efficiency

3. Backend Operations

• Manage in-house and partner platforms

• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues

• Support data governance and policy compliance

4. Collaboration & Continuous Learning

• Work with senior teams to implement best practices

• Collaborate across IT and business units

• Stay updated on tech trends to enhance platform innovation

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field

• Skills:

  • Tableau (including Tableau Server administration)

  • SQL, Python, scripting (PowerShell, Bash)

  • Windows/Linux server management

  • RBAC, security & logging tools

  • Testing tools: Selenium, JMeter, Jira

  • Agile, CI/CD environments

• Preferred Experience:

  • Cloud BI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • AI/ML-driven automation

  • RPA and workflow automation
