Key Responsibilities

Facilitate business growth by acquiring new customers and providing administrative support.

Oversee deployment and installation of new connections in line with quality standards.

Conduct field inspections for installation, rehabilitation work, and sales activities.

Monitor service KPIs and ensure targets are achieved in the assigned area.

Coordinate with internal teams (AHR, Technology, etc.) for issue resolution and process enhancement.

Prepare and submit regular performance and field activity reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Identify potential network expansion areas and oversee enhancement efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (with understanding of business operations).

Computer literacy and leadership in field operations
