Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate business growth by acquiring new customers and providing administrative support.

  • Oversee deployment and installation of new connections in line with quality standards.

  • Conduct field inspections for installation, rehabilitation work, and sales activities.

  • Monitor service KPIs and ensure targets are achieved in the assigned area.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (AHR, Technology, etc.) for issue resolution and process enhancement.

  • Prepare and submit regular performance and field activity reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Identify potential network expansion areas and oversee enhancement efforts.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering (with understanding of business operations).

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Computer literacy and leadership in field operations

    • Networking and data analysis

    • KPI tracking and quality assurance

    • Strong communication and team management

    • Interdepartmental collaboration and reporting
