📢 We’re Hiring: *NOC Engineer (MSP Background only)*
Computer Support Professionals (CSPRO) is looking for a proactive and reliable NOC Engineer to join our growing team and support network operations and client infrastructure.

🕘 Shift Timings (AEST):
* 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM PST)
* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (03:00 AM – 12:00 PM PST)
* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM PST)
* 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (05:00 PM – 02:00 AM PST)
👉 Shifts will be assigned based on business requirements and will not be rotated frequently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor network performance and system health
* Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues
* Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner
* Maintain uptime and ensure smooth IT operations
* Escalate complex issues to relevant teams
* Document incidents and maintain reports
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
* 1-2 years of experience with an MSP background
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Basic understanding of networking, systems, and monitoring tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills
* Passion for IT operations and continuous learning
