- Qualification: Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university Experience: 5 years post qualification experience preferably in public sector Location: Islamabad Certification: SAP FI certified Travel and medical entitlement equivalent to BPS-20 Tenure Initial appointment shall be made on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year from the date of appointment (extendable) further on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance, or until completion of the Project, whichever occurs earlier. Job Description Analyze business processes and requirement of FI for SAP implementation Prepare functional requirement documents from the analyzed processes Develop solutions in FI module of SAP Integrate and test solutions. Carry out maintenance and support activities associated with FI solutions Train end users Team Management Develop and maintain documentation Provide technical support to end users Assistance in preparation of annual budgets of Federal, Provincial and Districts Government in SAP system Work with the business users' / process owners to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements Organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements Performs configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and /existing functionality Provide technical solution to CGA for the achieving of DLIs/ DLRs of Govt Projects Provision of SAP FI solutions in line with public sector prevailing laws and regulations Improvement in system based internal controls Prepare functionality specifications and deliver to ABAP developers Analyze business processes and requirements and mapping into SAP Integration with other IT systems and solutions like FBR, SRB, CDNS etc. Development and maintenance of solutions for Provincial Finance Departments and Accountants General Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business user’s/process owner Technical support and training of SAP End Users and Executives Develop and maintain new solutions for Finance Division/ Departments Any other task (s), appropriate to the role, assigned by Project management
