• Qualification: Qualification 14 or 16 year education from HEC recognized university Experience 1 life cycle implementation Job Location Islamabad or any other station as assigned by the project management Certification SAP HCM/HR certified Travel and medical entitlement equivalent to BPS-18 Tenure Initial appointment shall be made on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year from the date of appointment (extendable) further on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance, or until completion of the Project, whichever occurs earlier Job Description Assist and work closely with Senior Module Specialist (HR), FABS/ CGA management and other technical teams to understand the requirements, develop and maintain solutions Analyze business processes and requirements of HR Processes in SAP Prepare business blue print documents from the analyzed processes Develop solutions in HR module of SAP Integrate and test solutions Carry out maintenance and support activities associated with HR solutions Train end users Develop and maintain documentation Provide support to end users Any other task (s), assigned by management
