Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail, ecommerce, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ad platforms Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
- Intermediate Knowledge of Email Marketing
- Familiarity with Copywriting techniques, Canva, basic graphic tools, or coordinating with creatives.
- Passion for storytelling, branding, and fragrance industry trends.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive who will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, strategizing campaigns , overseeing ad account performance, and ensuring effective coordination across internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and data-driven thinking to support the overall marketing goals of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and segment customer databases to drive personalized marketing campaigns.
- Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design, tech and customer service teams to enhance customer journey and loyalty programs.
- Create & maintain a content calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor Meta Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok ad accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics CPA, CTRs, conversions and optimize accordingly.
- Prepare ad performance reports and give insights for improvement.
- Support growth team in execution of campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events.
