Systems Ltd is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong HR and payroll process expertise, supporting end-to-end HCM implementations and system integrations.
Responsibilities: participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations from requirements through go-live; configure and support Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules; collaborate on HDL, FBDI, data migration and OIC integrations; support testing, UAT, and post-go-live activities.
Requirements: 6-8 years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience; MBA (HRMS), MPA, or CS graduate; minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations; expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits; GCC payroll experience (UAE, KSA, Qatar) preferred. On-site, Karachi.
