⏰ Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
💰 Salary: Up to PKR 180,000 per month (PKR 150k – 180k) inclusive of all allowances and benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly Canadian payroll
  • Support payroll for multiple divisions and both unionized and non-unionized employees
  • Review approved timesheets, hours, earnings, deductions, benefits, overtime, time off, and banking information
  • Verify payroll-related tax calculations and investigate discrepancies
  • Update employee salary rates, wage adjustments, and payroll-related changes
  • Prepare subcontractor payroll as required
  • Ensure payroll information is processed accurately and employees are paid on time
  • Prepare and maintain payroll records, pay statements, and supporting documentation
  • Prepare and file source deduction remittances
  • Assist with annual T4 and RL-1 preparation
  • Prepare Records of Employment through ROE Web
  • Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports
  • Reconcile payroll reports and assist with monthly bank reconciliations
  • Support payroll audits and year-end balancing
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, overtime, deductions, benefits, time off, and payroll discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations to maintain accurate information
  • Maintain payroll procedures and assist with process improvements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous hands-on Canadian payroll experience is required (2 years Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
  • Practical knowledge of Canadian payroll processes and statutory requirements
  • Experience with payroll source deductions, T4s, ROEs, payroll reconciliations, and reporting
  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar platforms
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict payroll deadlines

Important: CV must clearly outline your Canadian payroll experience including systems used and experience with Source deductions, T4s, ROEs, Reconciliations, Canadian statutory requirements, Multi-province payroll. Candidates without Canadian payroll exp will not proceed.
