Key Responsibilities
-Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
-Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key performance indicators.
-Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and overall performance.
-Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
-Develop and implement strategies across paid social, search, display, and other performance channels.
-Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
-Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and campaign insights.
-Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies.
-Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing practices.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
-Relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or a related role.
-Strong understanding of paid media platforms, digital marketing funnels, and campaign optimization.
-Good understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.
