ZERO Lifestyle, a consumer‑focused brand based in Karachi, is expanding its marketing team. The firm seeks a Performance Marketer to drive B2C growth through paid acquisition and data‑driven optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and refine Meta Ads campaigns.
- Increase ROAS, lower CAC and CPA, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee ad budgets, audience targeting and creative A/B tests.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Work closely with creative and e‑commerce teams to boost online sales.
- Track performance metrics and produce regular reports.
Who Should Apply
- 4–5 years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
- Strong background in B2C and e‑commerce marketing.
- Expertise in scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
- Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking and performance analytics.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with solid analytical skills.
- Experience in retail, consumer electronics or lifestyle brands is a plus.
