We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fresh Polymer Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting polymer manufacturing processes, conducting material testing, ensuring quality control, contributing to research and development, and assisting in process optimization. Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the selection, testing, and evaluation of polymer materials to ensure suitability for various applications.
– Monitor polymer processing and manufacturing operations to maintain consistent product quality.
– Support quality control activities, including material inspection and product testing, to uphold industry standards.
– Participate in research and development efforts, product development projects, and material trials to innovate and improve products.
– Identify production defects and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance product reliability.
– Optimize manufacturing processes with the goal of reducing material wastage and lowering production costs.
– Prepare detailed technical reports, material specifications, and process documentation to support operational transparency and compliance.
– Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Production, Quality Control, R&D, and Maintenance to ensure smooth workflow.
– Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, or a closely related field.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
– Basic understanding of polymer materials, processing techniques, and material testing methodologies.
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
