Job Description

Selected candidates will undergo a structured traineeship designed to build core competencies in reinsurance operations, financial management, underwriting, and corporate administration. Trainees will rotate through relevant departments, receive on-the-job mentorship from senior professionals, and be evaluated for potential absorption into permanent roles based on performance.

Key Responsibilities (during traineeship)

Support day to day departmental operations and reporting
Assist in data analysis, documentation, and process compliance
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and cross-functional projects
Learn and apply company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
Contribute to assigned projects under supervisor guidance

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
Business Administration
Economics
Finance
Accounting
Computer Science / Information Technology
Mathematics
Statistics
Human Resource Management
(and other disciplines as listed in the official advertisement)
Academic Requirement: Minimum 50% marks, or 2.0 CGPA (out of 4.0), or 3.0 CGPA (out of 5.0)
Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of the closing date
Stipend: Minimum Rs. 70,000 per month during the traineeship period
