Syngenta’s in‑house Legal team in Karachi is looking for a Project Trainee who will support day‑to‑day legal operations while gaining exposure to cutting‑edge legal technology and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Create training materials, user guides, and documentation to aid legal tech and AI adoption.
- Assist with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system by handling data migration, template setup, system testing, and user training.
- Maintain and update contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and self‑service resources.
- Conduct legal research and support governance, compliance and other departmental projects.
- Help draft, review and redline commercial contracts under the supervision of a Legal Counsel.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution by organizing documents, preparing case files, and updating matter trackers.
- Keep accurate records and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
Who Should Apply
- Currently studying or recently completed an LLB or equivalent legal degree.
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law with good analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to juggle several priorities.
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or in‑house legal department is a plus.
- Exposure to CLM platforms, legal tech or AI tools is advantageous.
