Virtelligence is hiring a Senior Proposal Writer to lead complex, high-value proposal efforts across federal, state, county, healthcare, and commercial sectors, translating technical solutions into compelling, compliant proposals. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end development of responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, IDIQs, and Task Orders; analyze solicitations and define compliant proposal structures; develop win themes and value propositions; write and integrate content across technical, management, and past performance volumes; conduct compliance reviews; interview SMEs and translate technical input into client-focused messaging; manage proposal timelines and support capture planning. Requirements: 7-10+ years of experience in proposal writing and management across public and/or commercial sectors; proven experience with RFPs, IDIQs, and Task Orders; strong understanding of government and enterprise procurement; excellent writing and editing skills; familiarity with proposal methodologies (Shipley, APMP) a plus. Full-time, on-site, Islamabad.
