Gerrys, a leading provider in the food service sector, is looking for a meticulous Purchase Officer to support its procurement operations across Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Source and purchase food‑and‑beverage supplies for restaurants and cafés.
- Create and track purchase orders, oversee deliveries, and maintain inventory records.
- Negotiate terms with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare purchase reports, documentation and follow‑up communications.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in F&B.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management and coordination abilities.
