Active8 Wireless, operating under Metro by T‑Mobile, is looking for a meticulous QA Analyst to join its Quality Assurance team at the RJ Mall branch in Karachi. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and offered on a one‑year contract with a monthly stipend of PKR 35,000.
Responsibilities
- Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Continuously watch CCTV feeds to spot unusual activity, security breaches, or policy violations.
- Identify and report irregularities to help prevent financial losses.
- Track inventory movements, employee actions, and branch exits using surveillance tools.
- Document incidents accurately and submit detailed reports to management.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and flag any deviations from procedures.
- Handle administrative duties such as sales returns, discount reporting, and monitoring customer calls.
- Prepare concise daily updates on quality and operational matters.
Who Should Apply
- Minimum education of Matriculation or Intermediate; A‑Level students and fresh graduates are encouraged.
- Basic English proficiency with strong observation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, alert and trustworthy individuals.
- Comfortable working in a CCTV‑monitoring environment and willing to work night shifts.
- Open to learning Spanish (training provided).
