KapraCoast Garments is looking for an experienced Quality Manager – QA & QC who can transform quality from a checkpoint into a culture across the organisation.
This role will oversee quality operations from cutting and sewing through finishing and packing, with a strong focus on compliance, process improvement, defect reduction and quality team leadership.
Key Areas of Expertise:
* Garment QA/QC, particularly workwear garments
* AQL and garment inspection & testing
* Buyer compliance and quality standards
* Quality assurance and quality control systems
* CAPA and root-cause analysis
* Defect reduction and continuous improvement
* Quality team leadership and process compliance
* End-to-end garment production quality
Ideal Candidate:
A quality professional with strong hands-on experience in garment manufacturing and a proven ability to build robust QA/QC processes, strengthen compliance and drive continuous improvement across production operations.
