We’re Hiring: *Quantity Surveyor (QS)*
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Monitor project costs and control variations
• Handle measurement, billing, and valuation of works
• Prepare interim and final bills
• Evaluate tenders and subcontractor quotations
• Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams
• Manage variation orders, claims, and cost reports
• Support project financial control and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree / DAE (Civil or relevant discipline)
2–3 years of relevant experience (as per project requirement)
Strong knowledge of construction (MEP/Electrical) drawings and measurements
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related tools
