Our client, a leading petroleum company, is seeking a Business Management Trainee to join their team in Lahore. Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), one of Pakistan’s foremost oil marketing companies, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) within their Consumer Sales Departments. This role is designed for fresh graduates eager to develop their careers in the petroleum sector, particularly in sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the execution of business strategies and operational plans across various departments to support overall company objectives.
– Develop customer relationship management skills by actively engaging with clients and understanding their needs.
– Participate in the complete sales cycle, including prospecting potential clients, managing interactions, and contributing to deal closures.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain comprehensive exposure to different business units and workflows.
– Support market research and analysis efforts to inform and align with the company’s strategic goals.
– Maintain clear and effective communication channels both internally and with external stakeholders.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all business activities.
Required Qualifications
– A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA or MBA) is mandatory.

– Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
