Role Description
The LMS Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The individual in this position will oversee the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user account management, course creation, content uploads, and system maintenance. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic and administrative staff to design and organize online courses, ensuring that learning materials are accessible and up to date. The LMS Coordinator will provide training and technical support to teachers, students, and staff, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve technical problems. The role also involves generating usage reports, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance the digital learning experience.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in LMS administration and platform management, including user setup, course configuration, and content organization.
Knowledge of instructional technology and e-learning tools, with the ability to support multimedia content and online assessments.
Solid technical skills, including basic troubleshooting, data management, and coordination with IT support or external vendors.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, academic leadership, and support staff.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Prior experience in an educational institution or in an LMS-related role is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort with working on-site in Islamabad and supporting a dynamic, learner-centered environment.
