ABS International, a US‑based principal operating in Pakistan since 2009, is looking for a motivated individual to join their sales team in Gulistan‑e‑Johar, Karachi as a Sales Management Trainee. The role is full‑time, permanent and works on‑site from 11 PM to 7 AM, Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales Head for an initial four‑month training period.
- Assist with sales‑floor operations, team coordination, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Support daily departmental activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop leadership and supervision skills through practical exposure.
- Help the Head of Department manage staff and achieve sales targets.
- Take over departmental supervision in the HOD’s absence after assessment.
Who Should Apply
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Confident personality with evident leadership potential.
- Ability to communicate clearly and guide team members.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Responsible, organized and eager to learn.
