Job Description
SBEEC, a company focused on digital energy transformation, is recruiting motivated fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program in the Projects department at its Lahore office. The program offers structured training with job rotation and mentorship.
What you will do
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Monitor project cost, timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and MIS reports
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and handover files
- Raise purchase requisitions and orders, and follow up with suppliers on site deliveries
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, stores, and internal teams
- Support electrical system installation and commissioning while ensuring HSE and engineering compliance
Who should apply
- Fresh graduate with a BS in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or ERP is a plus
