The Senior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role overseeing and coordinating day-to-day project activities across Indigo Walk, tracking schedules, managing deliverables, and ensuring construction, fit-out, and operational projects progress on plan.
Responsibilities: liaise with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and regulatory bodies; manage documentation and support inspections and approvals; monitor logistics and material movement; prepare status reports and maintain stakeholder communication.
Requirements: strong project coordination and scheduling skills; logistics management and inspection-related experience; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred; prior experience in commercial real estate or construction highly beneficial; 3+ years real estate experience and an MBA are listed as added requirements.
