🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service requests within the defined service turnaround time (TAT).
Diagnose and troubleshoot lithium battery packs, BMS, chargers, and inverter-battery systems.
Perform warranty repairs, battery replacements, and firmware updates at customer and dealer sites.
Support the installation and commissioning of lithium battery systems.
Verify system sizing, wiring connections, and BMS configurations during installations.
Provide basic technical training to dealers and customers on the safe use and maintenance of products.
Maintain accurate service records, warranty claim documentation, and spare parts inventory.
Gather customer feedback and ensure timely escalation of unresolved technical issues.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and dealers while delivering exceptional after-sales support.
🎓 Requirements:
✔ DAE in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, solar technician, field services, or after-sales services.
✔ Hands-on knowledge of lithium battery systems, inverters, and electrical troubleshooting will be preferred.
✔ Strong problem-solving and technical diagnostic skills.
✔ Good communication and customer service skills.
✔ Willingness to travel within Karachi and nearby areas for service and support activities.
✔ Proficiency in preparing service reports and maintaining technical documentation.
