Emrays International, located in DHA Phase 7, Karachi, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will support daily operational activities, including documentation, coordination, and process management, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain operational records, files, reports, and documentation accurately.
– Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, delivery records, and other essential operational documents.
– Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
– Assist in order processing, shipment tracking, inventory management, and delivery follow-ups.
– Maintain accurate data using MS Excel and prepare regular operational reports.
– Follow up on pending orders, documentation, and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
– Support the team in resolving operational discrepancies and maintaining proper documentation.
– Ensure all records are organized, updated, and readily accessible when required.

Required Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
– Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
– Strong organizational, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
– Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
– Candidates residing in DHA or nearby areas who can join immediately will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
– Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
