Xorora, a technology solutions firm, seeks a Shopify & Web Developer to work on‑site in Lahore. The role includes building custom Online Store 2.0 themes, managing checkout and payment integrations, and supporting client projects on Shopify, WordPress, and Laravel.
Responsibilities
- Create and launch a custom Online Store 2.0 theme using sections, theme blocks, and metaobjects.
- Configure checkout, integrate payment apps (Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, Pay Fast, Safe Pay, COD) and connect POS/inventory systems.
- Provide the mobile team with Storefront and Customer Account API access, meta fields, webhooks, and test data.
- Contribute to additional client projects involving Shopify, WordPress, custom websites, and Laravel applications.
Who Should Apply
- At least 3 years of web development experience, including 2 years building Shopify themes in Liquid.
- Proficiency with Shopify CLI, Theme Check, GitHub workflows, Storefront and Admin GraphQL APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience with checkout extensibility such as UI extensions, Functions, or Web Pixels.
- Strong knowledge of PHP 8.3, Laravel 12/13 (Eloquent, queues, authentication), and WordPress block themes.
- Good eye for UI design and site performance.
- Nice to have: Shopify app development, Hydrogen, Livewire or Inertia, Klaviyo, or Shopify Plus experience.
