Salary: PKR 50,000–70,000 per month
Signature BPO & Marketing Services is expanding its patient support team in Jhang and is looking for confident, articulate, and customer-focused individuals to support patients of a premium UK-based medical clinic.
Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based patients regarding clinical services, appointments, and treatment inquiries.
– Provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments in accordance with established guidelines.
– Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
– Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
– Escalate complex clinical queries to the relevant medical staff.
– Maintain accurate patient interaction records in the CRM or booking system.
– Follow UK GDPR and applicable data protection requirements when handling patient information.
– Meet call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
– Excellent spoken and written English; near-native fluency and a neutral or UK-friendly accent are strongly preferred.
– Previous call center, BPO, or customer service experience.
– Healthcare or medical process experience is a strong advantage.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Professionalism, confidentiality, empathy, and attention to detail.
– Willingness to work according to UK timings.
– Basic computer skills, including CRM systems, email, and MS Office.
– Ability to multitask, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience working with UK or international clients.
– Background in healthcare, medical billing, or clinical administration.
– O/A-Level or equivalent educational background.
