We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to start a career in marketing and gain practical experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, market research, and business development support. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams, gaining hands-on exposure to various marketing functions and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
– Assist the marketing team in planning and executing daily marketing activities.
– Support lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
– Conduct basic market and competitor research to uncover potential business opportunities.
– Identify and research potential clients, industries, and target markets.
– Help prepare and publish engaging content across social media and other digital platforms.
– Manage company social media pages and maintain content calendars.
– Assist with basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and website content optimization.
– Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and campaign updates as required.
– Maintain and update lead and prospect databases to ensure accuracy.
– Track marketing leads and coordinate follow-up activities.
– Support email marketing campaigns and other outreach initiatives.
– Learn to utilize marketing tools, including AI and digital platforms, to enhance marketing efforts.
– Coordinate with internal teams on marketing-related projects and tasks.
– Stay informed about current digital marketing trends and best practices.
– Perform additional marketing duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
– Strong research and analytical abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
– Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva and LinkedIn is advantageous.
– Willingness to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Ability to work onsite during the specified working hours.
