Andromeda GFX, a creative agency located in Wah Cantt, offers a two‑month paid graduate trainee program that focuses on social media and brand management. Trainees will work on real client accounts, creating content and using AI tools to support marketing initiatives. High‑performing participants may be offered a full‑time Brand and Content Executive role after the program.
Responsibilities
- Plan, publish and engage with audiences on professional social media channels.
- Produce varied content formats such as posts, carousels, reels and short videos.
- Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Showcase Andromeda GFX services and project outcomes through compelling visuals.
- Leverage AI tools for research, writing, image creation, design and video production.
- Maintain content calendars and support campaign rollout schedules.
- Respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Apply strategies for organic growth, paid advertising and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop portfolio and project‑related content.
- Capture office activities, team moments and events for social media use.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Who Should Apply
- Recent graduates (or newcomers) with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design or related fields.
- Strong command of written English and good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, CapCut or similar.
- Interest or experience in photography, video shooting or editing.
- Eagerness to learn and use AI tools for marketing purposes.
- Creative, proactive, organized and receptive to feedback.
- Willingness to attend events and motivate the team to produce engaging content.
- Based in or able to commute to Wah Cantt for full‑time, office‑based work.
- Commitment to a minimum of one year of full‑time employment after training.
