We’re Hiring: *Associate / Junior PL/SQL Developer* (1–2 Years Experience)
Are you passionate about database architecture, query optimization, and backend data flow?

At Softech Systems, we are expanding our core database engineering team and looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented PL/SQL Developer ready to take their skills to the next level.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and maintain robust PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
Write high-efficiency SQL queries for data retrieval and complex reporting.
Design and maintain database structures (tables, views, indexes, and sequences).
Analyze query performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement indexing best practices.
Partner closely with application development teams to integrate database business logic cleanly.
Enforce data validation, transaction integrity, and technical documentation standards.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1 to 2 years of professional experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Solid grasp of complex queries, analytical functions, joins, and transactions.
Good understanding of database indexing, constraints, and execution efficiency.
Working familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn and optimize enterprise data pipelines.
