WE’RE HIRING | *SOFTWARE ENGINEER – Digital Systems Engineer – Manufacturing & ERP*
GFC Fans is looking for a motivated and technically capable Software Engineer to join our team in Gujrat.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house software applications according to business and departmental requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to understand operational requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support the digitization and automation of processes from Production Planning through Production Processing.
• Work on the integration of production processes and internal applications with the company’s ERP system.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving ERP integrations, workflows, and data flows between different business functions.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and management reporting tools to provide accurate and timely business information.
• Extract, analyze, and structure data from different systems for management reporting and operational decision-making.
• Troubleshoot application, database, ERP integration, and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal users to identify system improvement opportunities and automate repetitive processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of applications, processes, integrations, reports, and system changes.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in software development, ERP systems, business applications, MIS, or related areas.
• Good understanding of software development and database concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, APIs, and system integrations will be preferred.
• Exposure to ERP systems, manufacturing systems, production planning, or MIS reporting will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand business processes and convert operational requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
