💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

🎓 Qualification: – Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy)

💼 Experience
– 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or herbal manufacturing.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

– Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
– Ensure compliance with approved SOPs and GMP standards.
– Monitor manufacturing processes, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), and production documentation.
– Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.
– Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw and packaging materials.
– Monitor production targets, product quality, and operational efficiency.
– Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
– Identify production issues and support corrective actions.
– Maintain cleanliness, workplace safety, and compliance in production areas.

✅ Required Skills

– Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and BMR documentation.
– Good reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office.
– Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
