About the Role
As a Control Room Agent, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth coordination between yard, warehouse, and sort functions. Your primary duties will include:

Operational Coordination: Managing activities across various departments to ensure the seamless flow of operations.

Communication: Keeping all teams updated on priorities, status, and any necessary contingencies.

Vehicle & Bay Allocation: Efficiently prioritizing vehicles and assigning the appropriate bays for operations.

Monitoring: Overseeing real-time truck movements and managing operational issues within the sort.

Team Communication: Directly liaising with local linehaul teams to ensure effective collaboration.

Reporting: Producing detailed end-of-day and operational reports to keep everyone informed.
